The high evaluation of the castle hotel's performance shows the team's commitment to high standards of service.

In addition, two more MANTERA hotels were among the winners. According to the results of the expert assessment, Sochi Park Hotel was awarded a Diploma of the first degree, and Mantera Supreme Seaside was noted as the flagship of customer experience and received a special mark from the Federation Council for its high level of service and unique standards of guest service.
